Do you want to try to ride a kayak? In this one-day course you can acquire the skills needed for navigating the Vltava River. After the course, you will be able to control the kayak on flat water, how to ride the kayak in the stream and how to go through the weirs safely.
Programme:
10:00 meet in the selected camp, dressed in waterproof gear
10:15 basic training on flat water
11:15 balance exercises
12:15 lunchtime
13:45 kayak navigation on a 10-15km long section of the Vltava River, taking the weirs, safety on the river, paddling in the stream
17:00 programme finish
